This is absolutely crazy! It may not be suitable for everyone, but it has proven effective for many individuals, including myself. I have personally witnessed its impact. Following my first pregnancy, my weight has been fluctuating significantly. I used to be small before getting pregnant, but that changed towards the end of my pregnancy.

As a mother now, things have been different. I am still not satisfied with my physical appearance. Despite putting in a lot of effort in the gym, monitoring my calorie intake, drinking only water, and engaging in various workouts, I have struggled to achieve my desired results. I was dedicating an hour every morning to jogging, using gym equipment, lifting weights, and doing squats. It was a challenging routine that initially showed some progress. However, once I stopped working out, I noticed my weight slowly creeping back up.

Working out every single day was not a sustainable lifestyle for me. I would lose some weight, only to quickly gain it back. This cycle left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with my body.
